We believe the pieces you bring into your home should be lived with, loved, and chosen thoughtfully. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return, items must be unused and unwashed, free from stains, odors, or pet hair and returned in their original packaging and condition. We cannot resell items that do not meet these qualifications, so we ask for your respect. To initiate a return, please email returns@galleyandfen.com with your order number and reason for return.
Inspection and Refunds
All returns are carefully inspected upon arrival before a refund is issued. If a returned item shows signs of use (including food stains, spills, or markings), we will consider it non-returnable, and either deny the refund or issue a partial refund to reflect the item’s condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Certain items may be marked final sale and are not eligible for return.
